Partnerships
If you have a partnership or multimember LLC you will need to file form 1065. Having a tax professional who considers the the complex entity filing requirements is a must for a business looking to minimize taxable income passing through to the owners
Allocation of income per the partnership agreement, 704(b) allocations, basis issues, QBID, business elections, K-1 reporting and other considerations make even "simple" partnership returns complex.
Proper time and consideration must be given to comply with the Internal Revenue Code.
A deposit for services is required upon signing our engagement letter. This amount of the deposit is typically our minimum fee. Any additional fees are due upon delivery of the tax return. A fixed fee for services will be determined during onboarding after review of your prior year(s) return.
